We are relatively new to Raleigh in that we've been working in a small bubble with a small team for the last 2 years and are looking to expand our network in a huge way.

Deals can be found, but with a lot of work and a good team in place.

Remember to network learn and build a solid team.

Having experienced and trustworthy Team members is critical.  

Then I teamed up with my 2 brothers and sister and we purchase 7 buildings with a total of 200 rental units and a vacation home in Palm Bay, Fl. 

I believe in you personally doing the thing that you do best or an expert at, and surrounding yourself with a team to handle the rest.

Did a lot of research and actually developed a couple web scrapers with the goal of finding under-valued military properties.Never amounted to much as we don't have teams or a presence near any bases.

Who will you need in your team?

Your spare time should be spent on building an experienced and trustworthy Team.
