I will assume you are talking a condominium with an association that is run by a board of directors.Understanding the financial condition of the association will allow you to predict smooth sailing in the future or a bumpy ride.

The seller was making money off the deal so they didn't care either, not that they even saw it but it was all done in the same room and went smoothly.

Because their job is to get the deal closed as smoothly as possible and will likely have a relationship with the inspector from repeat business.
