The shortage is real, and it's only going to get worse before better because we are still at net unit loss on the production levels, labor shortage is an issue but material shortages really hit hard this past year, which are still hitting.

You can literally secure first-position notes against each property and strip the LLC of virtually all of its value, and not make the payments, and the only viable recourse for the original owner would be taking back the LLC and, if you agreed, suing you personally for the loss of value.
