I told them i dont have a LLC, that i am just a landlord on my own.

We have looked at structuring the partnership as an LLC but our mortgage broker is telling us that this will prevent us from getting a mortgage or at a minimum result in a higher interest rate.

Also, curious to know after purchasing if you spend money on theming and furniture updates etc are those able to be written off without an LLC?

I am thinking of either getting a single family home or a duplex and paying in all cash as a Wyoming LLC.
