Houston Market Need Help

Evan L.
Posted

Hi Everyone,

I've been battling a 2 year divorce and finally wrapping up. I'm originally from California but I'm looking to move to Houston. I am thinking of either getting a single family home or a duplex and paying in all cash as a Wyoming LLC. Then cash out refinancing later to purchase a second home. Is this a good idea and does anyone have other suggestions? I have not had an income in the last 5 years so I don't think I can qualify for a traditional loan.
