Unless you have Full Replacement Coverage, you get hit with this - - and it's the motivation for having that coverage.I have a great policy with Farmers and 100% replacement costs from a tenant caused fire.I can't imagine Buy&Hold without Full Replacement Coverage

If you need an air conditioner repaired or a roof replaced, a PM will tack on 10-20% of the cost of the repair .. just for making the phone call.
