I realize the potential headaches that come with operating a sober house, but I have many connections within the recovery community here in Columbus, and there is potential for a much greater cash flow.

There should be a few more updates in the near future regarding further progress with this property...or if I have to walk away ;(If anyone has any brief advice just to make sure I have my ducks in a row during the process, I do appreciate it. 

So long that she keeps communicating with them on the progress they may allow her to stay behind $5,000 so long she is keeps paying monthly payments going forward.

Seeing as we are nearing full employment (again assuming no changes in labor participation), we could potentially see wage growth that has been relatively stagnant during our recovery.

I’m curious about my tax strategy for the 2016 tax return in progress and also interested in a referral to a very good CPA in the Seattle area with expertise in real estate investing.

The market bottomed in 2010 and has generally been on a recovery since. 

It seems to me that many of the investing programs-systems (pre-foreclosures, short sales, REOs, etc) were tailored for the time period 2008 - 2012 + or -, the timeline of the crash when foreclosures were at an all time high and during the "recovery" period when banks took control of the properties and then began to put them back out on the market to sell.
