ALL.The second overheats on it’s outer walls, where is feels dangerously hot (not just warm).I’ve never had any new appliance not operate properly and am wondering if this is a trend or if my 2 out of 2 refrigerators ended up being outliers.The dishwasher hasn’t been installed yet, so the jury is out on that one.

Zoning does not allow the building of multifamily anywhere in the DC area other than DC proper, and even there it is still nearly impossible to do...not entirely, there have been a handful in certain zoning districts.

My Carpenter can install them inexpensively, but they pay for materials, labor, and maintenance of anything they install.I also require that if drapes and such are installed by tenants, that they remove the items and properly fill holes and paint as they exit the lease.

It was probably in my former investment experience... that pesky $90k I spent on those awful law school classes... what a tragic waste of time... ...you know... unless they then allowed me to properly analyze rulings, understand the legal process, and be able to say with near 100% certainly, that the mandates you're clearly referring to, shall be federal law soon enough.
