As long as there is an inspection clause in place and you plan on hiring a professional to review the property, I do not see a need for the agent to walk every property initially.

If you just overpaid a professional stranger, then I don't know.

Before taking the leap, thoroughly research Section 8 in Detroit, talk to experienced professionals, and carefully analyze the numbers, factoring in possible risks and rewards.

We really don't want a partner but we have some folks in our network that are willing to help.Ask the sellers if they'd be willing to sell the business but lease the land (try to get a lease to own option) for the first couple years.
