I am brand new to the REI practice, just getting my feet wet.

Per NC law, you legally need to give 30 days notice to any month to month tenant to vacate (it may actually be legally less, but this is best practice). 

If so I would consider approaching the Eng Dept at a local college or University for a class exercise estimate. 

The truth is that some of what you learn will not be used in your day to day practice (i.e. - how governors were elected, how many seats are on the state board, etc.)  

In other words you cannot require 4X rent for the unmarried couple and only 3X rent for the married couple.I would recommend reading up on fair rent practices just to protect yourself.

Technically anything installed as a fixture becomes part of the house, but from a practical point no one is going to come looking.

I am a hard worker and attend college in the early morning leaving much of my day free.

Love my job but I feel like I have been working in a box for 10 years, hoping to practice because I want to not because I need to.   

I'm under a lot of pressure in my life right now, I'm 24 never had a job, just graduated from college a year ago, in the middle of getting divorced, with a daughter to take care of and I don't have a penny to my name.

I am from the Bay Area I graduated from college last year, work full time, and I am looking to get into real estate.
