Just for argument sake, let's look at this deal:NOI: $10,707 per monthMortgage ($1,500,000, 30 yr, 7.5%) $10,500Cash flow: $207 per month or $7.39 per unit per monthThis is a VERY POOR deal in my opinion.If my assumption is correct that the expenses are off, then this property is a BIG LOSER!

:lol: sorry josh, I wasn't trying to be nosy or anythingI belong to another private forum that uses php for their hosting, and although I dont' know their operating costs either, I did make a donation of ~$50 and a lot of other people donated some too and it's pretty much paid for keeping the site up.It sounds like things cost quite a bit more here.I will be happy to donate, although it may not be much since I am a poor student.

Extra income, extra profits, WOW the new CEO must be great.Common with many businesses and clearly nothing at all unique to banking.Emotionally the new guy as few or no emotional attachments to prior decisions so they can take the hit without feeling like they messed up.
