@Isabelle Schofield a disagree with the above, you need SSNs to pull credit report.I did notice a bunch of weird stuff you are asking for, instead of getting into all of that I suggest you find some other online applications and see what they ask for.The things that jumped out at me as weird asking for credit card #s and balances, bank account #s and balances, you want start dates and end dates for addresses and jobs (month and year), and lumping in pets with other occupants.

I am debating allowing pets into the apartment complex I own.

Generally speaking 1/2 night if I could not comp something else like the pet fee or a late check out etc.

The current owner and lease allows for tenants to have pets.

It covers anything many issues such as rent, landscape maintenance, who pays what (for utilities), pet clause, sublease clause if necessary, etc.3.

I wouldn't be able to cough up $400 that quickly and I'm single with no children or, even, pets to tend to!

Also the no pets policy may be hurting you just a bit especially if the unit has a yard. 

When we rented our place we asked for the first month's rent, 1000.00 security deposit and a non-refundable $500 pet fee, per pet.  

I charge a $300 pet fee (not a refundable pet deposit) and I do not charge any additional monthly rent for pets.
