@Isabelle Schofield a disagree with the above, you need SSNs to pull credit report.I did notice a bunch of weird stuff you are asking for, instead of getting into all of that I suggest you find some other online applications and see what they ask for.The things that jumped out at me as weird asking for credit card #s and balances, bank account #s and balances, you want start dates and end dates for addresses and jobs (month and year), and lumping in pets with other occupants.
