Building a team of like-minded, investor friendly people is an invaluable asset to have.

Btw I don’t claim to be an expert here I’ve just heard enough wealthy people talk about this.  

Lastly, if you do work with an agent make sure to include a clause to only use them for a short period otherwise if they don't find a tenant you're stuck with wasting time. 

There are buyers who are only looking at single story homes and they tend to be older people with money.

I find it hard to believe they'd call a list of 738 people for just $25.
