In Ohio the apartment complex buyers find prices much lower than most other areas.

Hello all, question are any of these courses by Ron Legrand or Renatus legit or a good way to start learning. I am also considering joining the Cincinnati REIA

Another tenant been there 18 years, 15 years, 10 years, Maria has been there 2 years, but before that she was in unit 1, she got married and divorced and came back after 2 years.They all speak Spanish, but Maria is the only one who speaks English, so communication is a problem.They have no lease, but are all long term tenants and they stay because of the low rent and because they all know each other.So who mows the yard, oh Orlando does...who is Orlando?

I'd love to hear your thoughts, especially from folks in the Columbus, OH area.

Oh, and I did have a lake house that we used for summer vacation rental that did pretty well until the neighbor pulled a gun on one of my tenants (lost money selling that deal) and a commercial building that I had an office in but is now leased (about to lose tenant on that one and desperately wan to sell it).
