Active experienced investors are searching the MLS every day and most of those grab the good properties within 24 hours of them being posted. 79 days?

Because I don't know your area I won't suggest investment activities but reading this site will produce some ideas for you I'm sure.

You can also try searching for local members, although I haven't found it very helpful for finding active members.

Sometimes, you'll also see "active/contingent" which means in negotiation, but not under contract yet.

I am amazed by the volume of information and the user base that is available here.I wish I knew about this community earlier before I bought my first investment property.I have 5 investment properties, 3 in Arlington, TX, 1 in Fort Worth, TX, and 1 in Memphis, TN.I am looking forward to be a very active member, and would surely like to hook up with local investors.I am looking to get more properties in Houston and DFW area.I guess that is it for now.
