It gives a great description of what your business is about and it is very easy to navigate which is so important.

Think of getting there in terms of stages to navigate as you gain experience that you can sell to attract capital on your own and add values to LPs on your own. 

Overall I liked Tenant Cloud better... functionally it's easier to navigate, makes communicating with tenants easy, has document storage, if you can get around Google for payment you get your $$ immediately and IT'S FREE!!!

Nothing is guaranteed but look into rigorous screening processes and strong lease terms that protect you and give you the best chance of getting the type of tenants you want.
