Again, i greatly appreciate your input. i wish i had the luxury you have, however, i am a Floridian, i pay my parents bills because they are too elderly to pay it themselves due to the modern day slave system (I'd gladly open a new discussion about this but I don't think it's suitablein this forum) therefore a $10k-$20k deal is life-changing for me/us.

I am an architect and I own a business that builds prefab small homes, so my intention is to build a small community (2-3 at first and then up to 10 units) of crafty little modern homes and rent them out.

Since you are probably not a farmer, will you sharecrop (or whatever it's called in modern times) to a farmer for income, or sell it?

With so many home related shows out there, it is like a modern day gold rush of sorts. 

Obviously I'm looking for a mid-century modern which seem to price in at least $525k so not sure I'd get even close to the ROI I get in Big Bear- but thought it would be nice to have a home in a different place so I'm not "All the eggs in one basket" (And who doesn't want to own a Wexler long term?!)
