With home ownership out of reach for the middle class in Los Angeles and rental costs skyrocketing, I think people would be interested in alternative solutions.The community I was thinking about involves a combination of manufactured homes and mobile homes (tiny homes and RVs). 

I currently own a mobile home in a trailer park, and recently moved else where.

I am a 22 year old mechanical engineering student who has one year left of school before I graduate.

I only regret that I hadn’t discovered BP earlier while I had the mobility, BAH, and was still single.

Most of the tiny home communities ive heard of fall under the guidelines of mobile parks for zoning  purposes.

I even tried using their subscription for inbound calls but calls aren't clear and it's not very mobile friendly.

@Virginia JonesAs for the furnace pilot light it is mechanically better for the furnace to be left on all the time.

By "ease" is meant the idea that it's got a whole different set of mechanics compared to analyzing P/E ratios in stocks, and some folks just don't know much about it,  but more fundementally, the physical repairs and the interpersonal rigors of being a landlord.

It is a 15 space mobile home park in Southern Colorado.
