I'm new to biggerpockets.com and my main goal is to meet other investors who have the capital to invest in commercial multifamily building to build long term wealth.

My main beef was the companies I was talking to (several national brands) require you to have your auto insurance and/or primary with them as well and they require you to carry max type insurance which cost more.

The main thing is disclosure, and they have to understand all ramifications.The name of the game used to be location location location, now it's disclosure disclosure disclosure.

My main interests are buy and hold investments.

My main purpose for this post was to discover whether what I am finding is typical and I need to reassess notes as an investment strategy or if my experience is merely the result of where I have been looking and with proper guidance I could find that notes are a good investment vehicle. 

After that, they have to take me to court.One of the main reasons individuals fail with investment property is the lack of policies and procedures.

It can be problematic for some and I understand, but it doesn't divert from my main purpose to place more families in homes if that's what they want.
