Better to tell the buyer that you are a wholesaler and your buyers are made up of flippers or landlords that are going to make a profit on his house and most Likley most of them will not want to give him FMV.

I tried to bring my business over to Investors bank and when I called and spoke to one of their business bankers and explained that I am a landlord with over 10 units and looking to grow, the rep was not interested at all in helping and was very abrupt.They are not the bank for real estate investors.
