There are so many options and many have similarities as far as commission splits and training at least what they advertise online.

There are many other things to consider and watch out for, but could work out well to get you something up and running.As far as a LTR, depending on price point are very competitive as most good markets are.

The cold season is so short but there is a minimum payment all the other months.

As far as funds for repairs/emergencies, I take a safety in numbers approach to it.

I think having a partner or mentor who really is invested in your success is so important.

As far as credit goes, one borrower can hurt the approval by having a low score. 

Hi Victoria,All of those individuals could hold the solution to your problem but may not necessarily offer budget friendly options as they have their own additional fees for such service.I would suggest speaking with a Carpenter or General Contractor who specializes in Kitchens and Baths as they can assist with the design and execution of the project.As far as some options that you have (without seeing you kitchen) you can refinish the cabinets to update the color, replace the cabinet doors to a modern style, or update the counter top and backsplash.

As far as advertising though why do you want to use only 1 site. 

PenFed was able to get me double what Space Coast was able to as far as total line of credit, this is the main reason I went with them.
