@Roy N. yeah have a 32' extension ladder may still do it with ladder but found a Drone with a live feed option for 100 bucks I figured why not I'll try it if not go back old school way.

My business partner lives in Richardson. 1/2 block down the street from her the exact same house will sell for $50k less than hers, because it feeds to a different elementary, even though the elementary that's assigned to that house is rated a 9 on GreatSchools.org.

It essentially boils down to putting out 30-50 blind offers on MLS lists properties/day, using an MLS type feed, which auto generates the offers, and a program he had developed which simply picks out a somewhat random low ball offer number, assuming certain rehab costs, etc. .......then, if you get one under contract, blasting out to their buyer's list trying to flip/assign it, with him getting a 50% cut of the net.

Has anyone attempted to automate some of the MLS review process through obtaining an MLS feed from your local area (or even national) then scraping the data into Excel for quick analysis?
