I do have a small handheld inspection camera and am ready to drill some small holes in the cavity and look around.Shoot me some ideas!

Do you have the EM, inspection and appraisal costs, closing costs and down payment for both?  

If it comes back bad, we'll likely cut our loss and walk from this.My question is around the lead based paint inspection contingency. 

The team leader knows what they are doing and you'll have the ability to work open houses, help out on active transactions, be present at inspections etc.  

The seller also conceded almost $5000 in repairs after the inspections due to some undisclosed safety issues with the electrical and plumbing.

Our agent did her agent visual inspection when we did the foundation inspection, which was two weeks after we signed the contract.

When wholesaling, can you use a 10-14 day inspection clause in a contract to get out of a deal if you are unable to close with an end buyer? 

Then if you get to the inspection part of the sale, they are less likely to negotiate because they think their home is perfect. 

This was my first home i EVER bought therefore, i never thought to check for signs of termites and found out that an FHA loan requires an in-depth termite inspection; when i found this out i had an inspector come out and check.
