The biggest pain in the you know what.

Just finished one using a new painter and the results were painful to see.  

It's a pain to use, and doesn't work well if someone has a common name.

I am pulling together my info for taxes, so I feel your pain, even though I am quite comfortable in the financial realm.

I am truly sorry for all the pain you have experienced so far but,it will get better with time.I would seek out a certified financial planner for some good one  on one advice about what to do next about rebuilding your credit and financial future.Let them help you find what loans you could get and what it would take to qualify for them.Good luck.

My fear is with tenant in there and house needing work they will be a pain and constantly want things fixed and attempt to get reduced rent and then have to deal with trying to get them out in a year Thoughts ?
