I would start by finishing your profile and adding a picture so that people will have that first sense of trust.

I've had some good tenets and bad ones but I'm always looking to improve my processes, my homes, and of course my pockets.   :-)I usually perform my own renovations and snake my own toilets if possible.  

Look at what tenant improvements are going to cost you!

Hi guysI am looking for help I have paid for the pro account but I don't have pro logo on my profile pic I had it for few days when I signed up but now its gone and I am not allowed onto marketplace bp calculator our any of the perks of a pro?

They liked to hear of ways I was excited to improve /paint/ add carports or whatever.  

It's a long shot depending upon factors that include the owner's fiancial profile, but a bank may want to do a SS vs foreclosure.If the bank will accept a SS have him list it with an agent and make an offer.  

I've done it before just last year with another property but in that case it was just for all new stuff (appliances and some kitchen improvements).
