He's ignoring the acronyms and buying value. 

So even if they do ignore all the above items....they still must provide you ample time to fix it.

Ignore the negativity.   

Ignore the folks that tell you Wyoming, Delaware or whatever state is now the best for your business.

Just make sure you don't view a property manager as something you can ignore and everything will go perfectly.

I don't do flips because I am ignorant on the subject and hoping to learn from this story.And I do hope you find an "out" from this deal gone south.

I dont understand what your protecting yourself from in a single family primary residence.I am young and maybe ignorant in this matter so please educate me!
