I am doing a career change (finished a pre-med degree 2 years ago) into software development, and should be done with my second bachelor's in the field in December 2018. 

Then perhaps doing a: 60/40, 55/45 or 50/50% deal split, similar to 'co- wholesaling... if and when a seller insists on doing say a 'sandwich' split, if they understand to a degree what you are doing with an LO deal, for example.) 

A little about me:I just received a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, and I am moving down to Denver this Fall to work for a consulting company doing construction consulting for large commercial and industrial construction projects.

I'm in the process of evicting a tenant, just finished another semester of my MBA degree, my full time job is draining me out...Basically I lost motivation in investing in real estate...

Typically if they have an extended rental guarantee you want to avoid them.TK providers I've researched to varying degrees are Memphis invest, Memphis turnkey and smartland (Cleveland).

I graduated college with a financial planning degree and all the CFP requirements.

I want to know how valuable or a necessary a college degree is in the real estate industry. 

I'm guessing with a compsci and finance degrees you're wanting to do some sort of computer based finance.

I've been heavily focusing on my degree in Cybersecurity and will be finishing it this July (2017), but to my surprise I believe I have found my calling and it is NOT Cybersecurity. 

That being said, most guys don't really like being outside in 5 degree weather so if you have some interior work to be done, you might be able to get a bit of a deal (maybe 2-5% discount)- doesn't hurt to ask, just be aware you might scare off good contractors if they feel like you are being stingy.
