If your intent is primarily to resell (the def of a fix n flipper) then that property is classified as inventory held for resale like cars on a dealers lot or groceries in a store.

You can save all your lists again for easy access (although I would save all the criteria on a separate doc stored on your computer or cloud service just in case listsource.com wants to burn all their paying customers again).

However, if you think about it, it takes 5 minutes at any major store to get a duplicate key made even if they turn them all in.I would go ahead and buy the locks that can be rekeyed by inserting a tool and a new key.
