I am a 25 year professional property manager/Broker currently operating 120 doors for my owner/investors in Santa Barbara CA. My expertise is property operations; Best CapEx costs, Rental rates/increases, keeping occupancy high with solid tenants, rental property values, and best strategy to effectively liquidate or acquire rentals properties in our market area.

I am also looking for good property owners/operators/investors in areas outside our market to joint venture or partner with. My long term strategy is to transition into operating more of my own properties within and outside my current market area.
