Of course, this can vary greatly if you have to deal with government oversight or problematic tenant types.End the of the day, I don't think their is "...an app for that" 

Having spent the last 6 years in Accademia and working with the federal and state government in the environmental sector I am quite practiced at being patient as the goings-on in science and government are notoriously slow. 

I so want to pay off the rest of my government student loans.  

@Alexander RoeschmannHey, The main difference between ‘08 and ‘20 is that in ‘08 the mistake came from big mortgage companies using the lower prices provided by the government.

There is a lot to love about the transportation and state government infrastructure.

The government has done a pretty decent job with its travel bans, shelter in place and stimulus money.

Most of these are sole props with very little in cash reserves and I don't think the government is capable of mounting a meaningful rescue effort for them.

Is that to say that once their lease is up, they just are automatically granted squatter's rights by our government?

If they were, the landlord should be allowed to work out a plan between the tenant and themselves, or the government should give the tenant assistance to pay their rent that is due!!

Might also be an opportunity for a pop once the government is done cleaning it up (some time in the next 2 to 20 years).I don't know of any Pueblo specific REIA's inside the city.
