@Tom KellerI can speak to what I know which is Multifamily.The beauty of Multifamily syndication, which is a turnkey model for the Equity partner/s, is the team aspect of it.A syndication team allows you (Active or Passive) to work in your field and continue to make $ while the team of operators run the asset/business.  

I am not working with a realtor at the moment but would like to get an investor friendly one on my team.

People often use the term Foreclosure in a very generic sense when referring to a property for sale.REO stands for Real Estate Owned.

Today we grabbed dinner together and kinda got on the subject of teams since the vast majority of the office we work at is all on one single team, like 41 agents on the same team under 1 veteran agent.
