Property details:- All of the properties are fully furnished.- Three of the properties have Hot Tubs.- All properties centrally located near: Skiing (two are across the street from Big Boulder Ski Resort, which is also near Jack Frost Ski Resort), Near Kalahari and H2OOOOoh Indoor Waterpark and surrounded by hiking, lakes etc- 4 are part of HOA communities which have amenities for guests such as Lakes, indoor/outdoor pools, arcade game rooms, tennis, basketball- Windy Pines is right by the Locust Lake beach, guests can walk out the back yard to the beach and picnic area.- All vendors in place and will transfer.- All properties already permitted to run as STRs.Improvements: We tackled a large maintenance list with the owner to update things when I took over in July.

If you do choose to go the AirBnB route make sure you are buying a property that has multiple exit strategies (renting by the room, medium term furnished, group home etc.) and not solely dependent on AirBnB.
