I love this world and the potential for freedom!

But I've always had a passion for writing, and when I achieve full financial freedom (because it WILL happen), I plan on focusing more on writing screenplays for film and TV. 

When I sign a new tenant I explain the M2M is to their benefit allowing them the freedom to leave if the relationship does not work out.

At this point in time I see myself managing a handful of properties as I continue to work full time (I have the freedom during the work day to take/make calls necessary and visit properties if needed) with the intention to make it a full time gig as soon as I feel stable doing so.

What’s the fastest way to get another house so I can get another tenant in there so I can get to financial freedom without using a private investor or hard money lender?
