Hello BP,I have been lurking in the forums for a while but this is my 1st post and I have a question I hope you all can help me with.

I’ve been listening to the podcast religiously and perusing the forums for the past 6 months, which has inspired me to take action and jumpstart my first investment property purchase.

If you're going to ask the question in a public forum you're opening yourself up to all kinds of nastiness from the IRS.

@Roderick Moorehead you may want to check the forum posts on hard money lenders and some of the articles on alternative financing they can provide more answers than id be able to in this response, but simply stated a bridge loan is short term financing

Now days, if you're looking in the 300k range, unless you're a disabled Vet, that freakin crushing 3+ points in VA Funding Fee for a "multi - user" borrower, which gets stacked/ financed on top of the loan, that you also pay interest on too, is not always the best way to go.I just started following the Military Investors on BP as prior I haven't ventured out of the Florida Real Estate Q&A forum on BP. 

For some more context: I've been immersed on BP forums, podcasts, and books and am eager to acquire another property in central TX or near my hometown in FL.

There are IRS agents that browse this forum for personal use... just saying...
