Hello BP this is kind of a 2 part questions 1.I am digging though all the feeds and trying to wrap my head around the whole real estate investing formula.

You all said what I already new in my gut but just needed to have some feed back from others.

Each unit had a ductless AC unit feeding the living room and bedroom.

For example:SellingNokomisDOTcom - Listings in Nokomis FL within my test site (not a real MLS feed)ServingSarasotaDOTcom - Listings in Sarasota FL within my test site.

1) My realtor hooked me up to his MLS feed online so that I received email notifications when properties that met my criteria hit the market. 

Im not looking for someone to spoon feed me realty 101.

Or stick with locals you meet at the REIA or BP meetups... paid training can be good but you need to be realistic about it... most of these types of deals are like MLM amway things only the few at the top make big dollars while you feed in your membership dues  LOL.hope this helps.
