Also,while I have yall's attention I wonder do lenders pull up appraisal districts just to get a ballpark figure as to a homes value before approving a loan.If so were shot down big time because were asking for $220k and appraisal district has us around $43k even with the 2nd home that is being lived in but needs work.

How do I go about donating the public easement part of the property to the flood control district to get it off my tax rolls? 

Examples would be permits, but I am really meaning more granular items in this stage: the paperwork that goes to the school district to sign off on payment of school fees, the county sewer connection application and fee payment, the public works department sign off on existing sewer location, on and on and on.

Las Vegas has an amazing water reclamation district that tries to recapture as much water as possible, including sewer water. 

An A area is high average Houshold income, usually a good school district, low crime etc..
