Myrtle Beach & Virginia Beach STR Restrictions

Hi BP fam! I am looking to purchase an STR in Myrtle Beach, SC, however, I am having trouble locating the actual map of where these types of properties are allowed. Anyone familiar with this area? The zoning code link provided at https://www.cityofmyrtlebeach.... does not work for me. 

Also, I am looking in VA Beach, and there are tons of condos...however, it seems that a lot of these HOA's are not allowing for less than 30 day leases. Anyone familiar with condos that do allow for STRs, or have any tips on how to better locate these types of properties? I am finding some nice properties, but falling when it comes to the HOA not allowing it, or just not able to get ahold of the HOA in general.

Most HOA's in Va Beach do not allow STRs. Also there are only a few areas where its allowed. Check out the government website on STRs here:
