Long term success will be to have an extensive buy-and-hold portfolio.I know for sure my boyfriend wants to live in a decent area with a home of our own in the next year, as we just cannot deal with slum lords knowing we could be paying $500 less each month for better quality control in owning our own property in this area.Yet, considering I would like to pay for my own medical bills and pay off my student debt which is wrecking my credit right now, I prefer to start making some kind of money asap.

If the inspection report was going to be late you should have negotiated an extension..and if unable to negotiate that then opt out of the contract.

I have had a house under contract with realtybid since may that it on it's fourth contract extension that is showing no signs of closing.  

The bank officer said I could either come to the closing with 7 grand or ask for an extension of the interest rate maybe pay a fee to hold it another 15 days and close next week.  

You need to understand how to use their class and job functions extensively.  

They also want 4 two year extensions.  

Hi Jack, I bought my first property in June, so my experience is not extensive.  

. - will make them off-balance and either not rotate properly or be noisy (think of an off-balance washer in the spin cycle).Some of them allow installation of extension ducts so joints can be used to make up for the off-level.
