Crooks can hack a title company email (or set up a similar looking one) and change wiring instructions in a heart beat. 

Good idea to lay out instruction sheets on things like disposal and have them read and intial them as part of lease.

It depends largely on the school...better schools give you great exposure to other talented students for networking, connections with other large-scale investors, introductions to cutting edge ideas and concepts, and more detailed instruction regarding elects of business that are not provided in an undergrad program.

I've thought about being an entrepreneur or getting into banking (more likely), but I love the sound of real estate on the side.

I heard HELOC is not under Fannie Mae, so each financial institutions has their own instructions on HELOC.
