Paid training will always have its place.. what the guys that do this need to clean up though and what I never liked was the pressure and getting folks who cant afford it to put it on the CC.. the ones that succeeded no problem the one's that were never ever or will ever be cut out to be home flippers just end up in debt.. but who are we to dictate their dreams.. 

It took me a year of being afraid and saving while dreaming to truly understand that everyone does this uniquely.

I love the challenge of my position, however I have a dream to travel the world.

Looking to realize my dream in investing in a duplex.

It would be many people's dream for a deal to just work out like that.

That sounds like a dream spot for a local cash investor who the time to redevelop as long as the area is solid..

I got to pick and choose what I want in my “dream” home and remodeled it to my taste.

The seller was set to close on her dream house pending this sale so I used it as leverage to maximize my out look.
