People hide behind their computers acting all tough.

My understanding is that Keller Williams is more traditional but really specializes in training and helping you in person. eXp is has tons of awesome training too but you use a web platform to access it which is great if you are more computer savvy and will to learn online.  

I'm the only "computer savvy" one and I want to try and use some programs or subscriptions in our favor.

I assume that hooks up to a computer too...Are there any that are waterproof?

I think you are wanting a simple interest loan which Is Computed different than a 30 yr or whatever fixed period amortized loan. 

It would be best if I could do most everything from my computer and phone.
