Maybe something that has tabs for sellers, buyers, vacancies, all that good stuff.

If you're already posting about this kind of stuff as a senior I don't doubt your ability to get creative.

If you want to send a mailing or two from your broker provided resources that is not the end of the world, but its probably very generic stuff with not much value so its good for staying in front of your clients which is important but that generic stuff has no personality and will not stand out int the crowd of Realtors.

I fix broken stuff but don't renovate with tenants in the unit.

I started learning in the early 80s by doing stuff on my own houses. 

The higher end stuff not immune to bad tenants and problems.
