Im having some trouble finding a bank that will give a decent rate AND let me refi before 6 months.

@Adam Soyak hey Adam, i have at least one lender (probably two) that will do a cash out refi at 75% of ARV after 3 months. the product you would be going into is a 30 year loan, and it was a decent rate (not the lowest i have seen).

I continue to see and learn about more and more platforms.

It's the double-edged sword that accompanies Bigger pockets- this platform educated so many about the benefits of BRRR and multis but it has everyone looking at the same product.

But I do see QR Code making a comeback as the native platforms are supporting QR Code reading functionality.

How old is the property, and it is platform framed or balloon framed?
