I've read CA government tenant guidelines stating that tenants can be evicted for breaking the non-smoking clause of a lease when smoking marijuana and a medical card do not trump the lease. 

He is also using some information about his property that he believes is correct but I am finding out is not such as zoning.I have had several meetings with the City and Government and I am running into some hurdles. 

In terms of getting in order with the government.

Get a website, make it credible and act the part, even if you are not there yet.Fake it till you make it  IS A REAL THING!!

If it's a tax break there's always going to be some government representative who knows how to spend my money better than me! 

Both of the people above me are two people to look into, and there are at least 5 more good and credible syndicators I can think of off the top of my head on here, and they'll probably be commenting too.
