Is it cool to fish out a deal to several financing brokers to see who can offer the best deal in regards to terms? 

Or, more sanely, is the percentage interest in the property bid only a device to shrink the interest rate yield, and an unredeemed Tax Deed would confer 100% ownership?

Keep the systems you have and add cool and condenser to each.

That's a cool area, about the only spot I'd leave California for.
