Are you likely to want direct access to the MLS?

Once upon a time we had a condo in a high rise that had a small (pretty fine) mesh filter in the dryer vent line, easily accessible for clean out.  

My agent gave me access to the MLS and I found a property.  

Hello I just completed the 3 day course and they are promising access to this software only if I pay the $25,000 and get the package deal. 

I do use Quicken but am constantly looking for ways to use it less - or not use it at all. 

In others you must subscribe to a service ($$) to have access to this information.However, there are other avenues you can take to find out who owns a property - particularly if you are looking at residential properties.

Becoming a real estate investor has its up and downs, it's risks and rewards, and of course the potential of living a life where I have the opportunity of owning my time and energy; by this I mean, eventually I will not be working a 9 to 5 job where I am constantly following repetitive task day in and out, and where I do not have the freedom to express my self and creativity.
