Hello BP Community,Can anyone recommend a reasonable LA area real estate attorney to draft an operating agreement for a new LLC we are forming?

Also, most of these smaller communities are swamped with investors currently, so many of the great deals like older landlords, and out of town owners have already been snapped up.

@Rich Hupper I’m not too knowledgeable about what the bank might require, but as part of your due diligence you would probably engage an environmental/engineering firm to conduct a Phase 1 environmental study.

@Stephanie Irto we are willing to put upto 30% percent down @Stephanie Potter yeah the condo community is more than 50% owned by investors for rental purposes.

When  every tom, dick and harry thinks they can do it and jump on board it is usually a sign home prices are about to peak.Best buck return wise is probably MHCs....Mobile home communities.
