I am trying to find vacant land.I emailed the County Tax Collector and they offered to sell me a CD that "contains all unpaid County of San Bernardino Tax Collector bills." for $225 BUT it does not "contain any assesse information such as owner of record names, mailing addresses or legal descriptions."
