Hello everyone - I own a single family home in BC Canada which is currently my principle residence, and I also own a duplex that is a rental property in Ontario Canada. 

They are less likely to be vandalized, have higher profits, and are more desired than a nice new home (flipped) in a bad area.Just be careful with the numbers!
