My two cents: As an investor: I have an understanding of tax rates in each area, ballpark rents, and overall what criteria works for MY specific requirements.As an agent: I've run the numbers on enough properties, I can tell at a glance what the monthly cash flow will be (taking into account location, taxes, HOA, schools, condition, appreciation trends, local job markets and coming opportunities) and even if it doesn't fit MY criteria, it may be just right for a client.

I like the U shaped arrangement of the tables that allows everyone to discuss issues, trends and network.   

That seems to be new trend in what I see in sold renovations in town. 

The volume of new office space deliveries falls short of the national delivery average and I expect this trend to continue into 2018.

WV wasn't my ideal market since it's trending slightly below the national average in employment, median income etc but I think this is still a good deal to jump on. 

For example if you buy a property now and in a few years the market drops will we see rent prices follow this trend, will they stay stable or will they increase?
